Carla Barkey
Personal Trainer
As a National Physique
Committee figure competitor, Carla is an
inspiration. With and easy smile and
upbeat attitude, this aerobics instructor
turned personal trainer, will keep you on
the ball. Gaining certification after
certification, Carla is currently studying
to become a C.H.E.K. Practitioner.

Jack Oehler

Jack is a national-level bodybuilder with 20 years of
workout experience. He has worked with all ages and levels
of fitness. His easy smile and laugh will put you at
ease while he's kicking your behind into shape!
Nick
Wagner
Personal Trainer
Nick Wagner is a former professional soccer player who has played around the world. After a bad injury, he retired at age 22. Spending so much time with a physical therapist, he realized that he enjoyed how the human body works, with or without injuries. He became a personal trainer to make sure he was not only staying on top of his injuries, but helping others. Finally finding his way back to the Columbus area, he has enjoyed coaching soccer with Worthington Crew Juniors, as well as his work here at Elite Physiques as a personal trainer.

Patel
Personal Trainer
Ommy Patel is an ISSA, ACE, and NASM certified personal trainer, with an unparalleled passion for health and fitness. He loves motivating and encouraging people to be their best, and none of his training sessions are ever the same. His philosophies surround a four pronged attack on body composition change, and maintenance. The four parts consist of strength/resistance training, aerobics/cardio, nutrition and rest. Each prong has its importance and without maximizing all four, he feels his client’s results will never be truly maximized. His goal is to provide his clients with the ultimate training experience.
Michele
Harrison
Personal Trainer
Michele's interest started with an aerobics instructor certification in the 1980's to preclude personal injuries primarily to her knees. That eventually led to personal training and ultimately to the ownership of a gym for woman. Michele loves the fitness industry and is glad to be back training. She has three children and four grandchildren. Michele enjoys biking, swimming, hiking, and golf.

Kelly Blankenbecler
Yoga Instructor
Our newest staff member, Kelly graduated from OSU with a teaching degree in Art and Nutrition. She taught for several years in pre-school through college grades. She graduated from Columbus College of Art & Design with a degree in Interior Design and has had her own business since 2002. In 2000, she began practicing yoga and was certified with the Chopra Wellness Center in Carlsbad, CA to teach the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga in 2011. She's been working out with Carla at Elite Physiques for several years. She lives in the country with her husband, puppy, and 6 cats. An avid outdoors person, she enjoys horseback riding, downhill skiing, biking, and gardening.
