Elite Physiques' Holistic Health Tips

   Nutrition Tips

  • Drink plenty of quality water. 
    Divide your body weight (in pounds) by 2.  The answer is the number of ounces of water your body needs a day. 
    example:  150 pounds ÷ 2 = 75 ounces
  • Switch your standard table salt for a high quality sea salt.
  • Eat fresh organic fruits & vegetables.
    Shop your local farmers market
    Shop more often (every 4 or 5 days)
  • Avoid processed food.
  • Limit sugar and refined grains intake.
  • Do not use vegetable oil.
    Use olive, coconut, or sunflower oil instead.
  • Eat for your metabolism type.
  • Eat a healthy breakfast every day.
Health/Fitness Tips
  • Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!
  • Get to bed by 10:30 and get 8 hours of sleep. 
    Do this for 2 weeks and you will be shocked at the difference it makes.
  • Make a concentrated effort to add movement to everyday life.
 

Try these 3 tips for 7 full days.  You will be amazed at the difference it makes!
