Nutrition Tips
- Drink plenty of quality water.
Divide your body weight (in pounds) by 2. The
answer is the number of ounces of water your body needs
a day. example: 150 pounds ÷ 2 = 75 ounces
- Switch your standard table salt for a high quality
sea salt.
- Eat fresh organic fruits & vegetables.
Shop your local farmers market Shop more often (every 4 or 5 days)
- Avoid processed food.
- Limit sugar and refined grains intake.
- Do not use vegetable oil.
Use olive, coconut, or sunflower oil instead.
- Eat for your metabolism type.
- Eat a healthy breakfast every day.

- Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!
- Get to bed by 10:30 and get 8 hours
of sleep.
Do this for 2 weeks and you will be
shocked at the difference it makes.
- Make a concentrated effort to add
movement to everyday life.
