I'M SO EXCITED! Finally The Metabolic Typing Diet cookbook is out. They are amazing!
If you have taking the metabolic typing diet in the past you have to have a cookbook!
Some of the things you will find in the cookbook for your type include:
- The glycemic index
- Emotional eating
- Facts on Fiber
- The best thing, food menus for what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snacks
- Shopping list
The recipes (of course)
- For breakfast almond pancakes, smoothies, omelets, quiches, muffins and more.
- For lunch and dinner salads, one pot meals, enchiladas, grilled vegetable pie, cheese and spinach stuffed portobello, bacon wrapped pork tenderloin filets, and much more.
